Dr. Brad W. Sundstrom
Dr. Brad W. Sundstrom, a native of Gainesville, GA, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. He went on to earn his Doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia in 1999 and has been in private practice since 2001.
Dr. Sundstrom has been at his current location for over a decade. He is an active member of the prestigious American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Chattanooga Area Dental Society.
Our priority is to provide our patients with the highest quality treatment in a comfortable, professional, and caring facility, using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and restoration.
We look forward to working together to attain uncompromising excellence in dentistry and are committed to helping each of our patients achieve a truly ideal smile.
He remains involved in various research and study groups that impact the advancement of dentistry and has received numerous certificates of achievements. Dr. Sundstrom's commitment to continuing education is apparent in his attendance to dental conventions, seminars, and meetings year-round to ensure that the office remains a leader in the profession.

Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Billing and Insurance
Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options.
We accept most traditional insurance plans. If you are unsure, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Dr. Brad W. Sundstrom does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards.
Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
